What about fees we pass through?
ClientLaunch absorbs the AI generation cost within your $197/month. We do not charge per-message, per-step, or per-document fees. If you wire up GoHighLevel for SMS/email/voice delivery, you pay GHL their usual rates directly — we never resell their services. Stripe processes your $197/month payment to us; if you choose to take payment from your end clients through the wizard, Stripe processes those payments directly to your own Stripe account.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Is there a free trial?

Do I need GoHighLevel?
For automated SMS / email / voice nudges, yes — ClientLaunch generates the reminder copy and hands it to GHL for delivery. The rest of the product (wizard, e-sign, intake, uploads, AI summary) works without GHL.
Where is my data stored?
Supabase (US East, managed Postgres + Storage) and Cloudflare Workers (global edge). See our Privacy Policy and DPA for the full data-processing details.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
Not yet. We’re building toward SOC 2 Type 1 — the security model (RLS, encryption at rest, audit log, signed magic links) is in place; the formal audit is on the roadmap.
How do I cancel?
